• Overflows due to lack of splash guards, undersized gutters, or clogged gutter systems 

• Water flowing behind gutters due to missing or inappropriately installed gutter apron 

• Any faulty or non-existent flashings that cause water to not flow into gutter 

• Gutter runs over 30’ in length with no downspout 

• Damage from neglect due to lack of cleaning and/or maintenance 

• Storm damage 

• Any fascia failure due to rot, disconnection from roof structure, or out-of-level fascia 

• Any malfunctions due to underground clogs 

• Other contractors working on gutters after our work is complete 

• 5-Year Workmanship Warranty

• 40 Year Manufacturers Warranty (Must send to manufacturer within 30 days of installation) 

• Exclusions include:

• Elite Warranty: 30-Year Workmanship Warranty(Costs 10% of job or $3000 minimum)

• Storm damage

• Any malfunctions due to underground clogs

• Other contractors working on gutters after our work is complete

• If additional work to ensure warranty is denied

• Joints breaking due to expansion

• Overflow due lack of cleaning and/or maintenance of tops of gutter guards

• Any reused downspouts

• Standard Warranty: 5-Year Workmanship Warranty

• Elite Warranty: 10-Year Workmanship Warranty(Costs 10% of job or $1500 minimum)

• Exclusions include:

• Gutter runs over 30’ in length with no downspout

• Damage from neglect due to lack of cleaning and/or maintenance

• Storm damage

• Any malfunctions due to underground clogs

• Other contractors working on gutters after our work is complete
